The terms and conditions herein stated, along with the additional policies and regulations appearing on the SupremeEssays.com website, constitute the entire agreement relative to customer use of the services and products of SupremeEssays.com.  A “customer” is any individual who accesses the SupremeEssays.com website and/or who orders any products and/or services from SupremeEssays.com. 

       Accessing the SupremeEssays.com website automatically binds the customer to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement and to all of the policies and guidelines contained on the website.  As well, the customer is entirely responsible for understanding all of the terms, conditions, policies, and regulations of SupremeEssays.com.

       SupremeEssays.com may revise the terms of this agreement and/or its policies at any time.  In such instances, SupremeEssays.com will post notices on its website, and it remains the customer’s responsibility to inform him/herself of said changes.  All revisions become binding once posted.

        Use of Products and Services of SupremeEssays.com

       All products ordered and received by customers are to be utilized as examples or models in the creation of their own writing works.  It is not the intention of SupremeEssays.com to support or encourage plagiarism or academic cheating.  SupremeEssays.com works, whether prewritten or custom written, are covered under copyright law, and SupremeEssays.com has proprietary rights over all of its products.  Products received from SupremeEssays.com shall not be submitted without proper citation of resource.  As well, no product belonging to SupremeEssays.com may be used for commercial purposes.  To do so can subject the customer to legal action.  By use of the SupremeEssays.com services or products, the customer agrees to be bound by lawful, non-commercial utilization.

       Indemnification

       By use of SupremeEssays.com services and/or products, the customer is bound to hold harmless and to defend SupremeEssays.com in the event of any legal or non-legal negative action, including attorney fees, court costs, judgments, fees, or other consequences for improper use os SupremeEssays.com products.

       Method of Notification

       SupremeEssays.com shall provide notices to its customers in two ways.  General notices to all customers  shall be posted on the   SupremeEssays.com website.  Notices to individual customers shall be by email, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that SupremeEssays.com has a valid email address by which to communicate.

       Termination of Use/Order

       SupremeEssays.com has the right to terminate an order that it deems unable to appropriately complete.  If termination is warranted, the customer shall be immediately notified and a full refund provided. 

       It is the customer’s responsibility to provide SupremeEssays.com with all of the specified requirements for any custom order, and SupremeEssays.com shall follow these instructions in product creation.   Once the final product is delivered to the customer, instructions may not be changed.  If, however, SupremeEssays.com has failed to comply with any of the original instructions, it will revise the product accordingly at no additional cost.  Any revisions that are a result of a change in instructions, however, shall only occur at additional cost to the customer.

       The customer must notify SupremeEssays.com of any issue regarding compliance with instructions within 48 hours of receipt of final product.  Once 48 hours has passed, the sale shall be considered final.

       Sales are Final

       All sales are final once the customer has taken delivery of an ordered product and has not notified SupremeEssays.com of an issue within the 48-hour requirement.

       General Agreement Terms

       The above-stated terms of agreement, along with rules posted on the SupremeEssays.com site, are the complete agreement between SupremeEssays.com and a customer.
