John Adams is an historical figure who's Bibliography and life history is worthy being known to everyone in America. The study below is an analysis of the Bibliography of John Adams in reference to his experiences and achievement as the first vice president and second president of United States.

John Adams was a statesman, political theorists and diplomat American who was born in October 30, 1735 and lived up to July 4, 1826. He was married to Abigail Adams and had five children: Nabby, John Quincy, Susanna, Charles and Thomas. John Adams is responsible for the foundation of the family line of politicians and diplomats which is now referred to as Adams political family. He grew up when most of the Congregational churches in Boston were becoming Unitarianism thus his religious views were Unitarian (Marlene, p. 45-67).

He served as the first vice president of the states from 1789 to 1797 under the presidency of George Washington and as the second president from 1797 to 1801. As a highly educated and representing the enlighten values in the societies hailing from New England, Adams became prominent during the early stages of revolution of America. He was educated up to college level whereby he attended Harvard University and pursued the profession of teacher, lawyer, selectman and surveyor. He served only for one term then his presidency ended after he was defeated by Thomas Jefferson in 1800 then retired to Massachusetts. He was the first president whose son John Quincy became president, the sixth president of America. His political party was Federalist Party which led his way to white house as the first president to live there. He had many activities and encounters during his period of service to the public; for example, the Alien and Sedition Acts were designed for suppression of the political opposition and later were passed (Micheal, 2000).
